How do you carry your K frame?

I have a cheap-ish triple k leather owb holster that is really comfortable and I like it for what it is, but it rides really low and not tight to the body making it difficult to conceal. I love carrying my 4 inch model 66 so I think it's time to invest in a better solution. Recommendations?

Edit: crap I just realized this should have gone in the holsters and accessories forum. Sorry.

K Frame Carry

Mostly don't carry, S&W Model 10, laying on the nightstand by my bed.
Otherwise, in my hand.
If necessary, in a cheap nylon hip holster.
Not my main CCW.

I've got a Kramer IWB holster and a Milt Sparks IWB holster for my K frames. They both do the job very well.

Since most of my Ks are snubs I use a Don Hume belt slide type holster. No straps, no thumbreak.

I often carry a 2 1/2 or 4" k frame in a DeSantis Speed Scabbard with no thumb break. I've used these holsters since the 80s and find they hold the gun tight in to the body and are secure without a retention strap. I was a LEO and even when I got involved in strenuous activity I never lost a gun. I have one for all the guns I normally carry revolver or semi auto.

If no strap bothers you they sell the same holster with a thumb break.

Usually in a range bag, but I've got an Uncle Mikes Sidekick, and an old Smith & Wesson brand leather belt holster with a strap...can't remember the number now.

Too big and heavy for me to try to carry concealed these days.

A 30+ year old Bianchi 5BH with basket weave stamping. A classic.
Have to agree there, I have a number of them as well as copies from other makers. My go to holster for a DA revolver.

Not a K-Frame but an L-Frame, I carried this for awhile, a Don Hume rig:

Then switched to this Don Hume for my Model 19:

For the last couple of years this has been my preference, a modified Tom Threesperson from Graveyard Leather:

I only have one K frame Smith that I carry, a 3" 65.

On those in infrequent instances when I carry it, I use a Don Hume 715M IWB.

I hate untucked shirts, so unless wearing a sweater or sweatshirt, I don't carry it. Some day I'll make myself a tuckable IWB for it.

My 3" L frame I carry AIWB. Preference is an Uncle Mike's "sock"type holster with clip for the top of the britches.

I agree with Iggy: Simply Rugged.

A S&W 36 3" heavy barrel, but the holster is the same style as would be for a K Frame .38 Spec.

Love K Frame (S&W)

This ThanksGiving, carrying Colt Police Positive Special (.38 Special), Kel-Tec P-32 with optional additional 10 rd. mag, and Schrade 3" one hand lock blade.
