With FedEx only doing this for FFL and UPS apparently having the same policy, how do you ship as a non FFL?

Here is a screenshot from UPS website I saw today. It looks like they don't let non FFL ship either even if they're shipping to a FFL?

Most of the time I just take it to the LGS and pay them to deal with it. If you don't mind spending the money, it's the easiest way to proceed.

I take it to my dealer and let him do it. Thats been the cheapest and easiest Ive found. The couple of times I did it, it cost me $25.

Rifles and Shotguns can be mailed via USPS by a nonlicensee.
Any other firearm, such as handguns, frames, receivers, AR lowers, pistol grip firearms that expel a shotgun shell and NFA firearms are mailable only by licensed dealers and manufacturers.

Having an FFL doesn't mean FedEx and UPS will ship. You have to be an FFL enrolled in their FFL shipping program.
