Had a purchase go sour at the end of December - I paid with a Money Order, but the seller refused to ship the gun and will not respond to communications. I filed a Buyer Protection Program claim with GB at the end of January...and have heard nothing since. I also filed a mail fraud report, but doubt anything will come of it, as it's $500 and I'm not politically connected.
