Once more into the breech - - -
This one comes up every so often. A quick search indicates the most recent was less than seven months back - - Started 22 NOV 2003. See at

That one didn't include a poll, though - - Just discussion. Ran about three pages.
But, hey, I'll play again - - -

This indicates 29 - - But I freely admit that some is kinda cheating. .223 Remington and 5.56x45 mm are, for all practical purposes, the same cartridge. Same with the .308 Win and the 7.62x51 mm. And some of these cartridges can be loaded on the same dies (.38 SPL and .357 mag, both of which I shoot in different guns, and .44 Spl and .44 Mag.)
I could also claim the ability to load .357 Maximum, but I never have done so, nor have I owned an arm that would shoot it.
Oh, yeah - - .44 Russian, I guess. And .45 S&W - - I actually
HAVE some Scofield brass.
Currently shopping for dies in .22 Hornet, .243 Win, .338 WinMag, and .45-70. I have a couple of sets on loan.
Best,

LATE ADDITION:
Well, I've picked up a set of .243 dies. Still have my pal's .45-70 dies on loan. There's a local guy disposing of a lot of old dies 'n stuff, and he has a set of .45-70s I'd like to own. Problem is, I'd need to take EVERYTHING at once. There's a half dozen calibers for which I already have dies. And things like .264 WinMag, 8 mm Mauser, 7x57 Mauser, and such, in which I have little or no interest.
Just reviewing some old stuff and ran across this thread - - -
