I was looking on their website. These are some of the most beautiful factory rifles I have seen. How much do they cost on average....or is it a case of "if you must ask, then you can't afford one"?
Real world prices are around $1300 - $1600 for the Varminter or Montana varminter. Those are the models that Cooper's built their reputation on. They are unbelievable rifles with a reputation for accuracy that's well deserved. If you buy one that doesn't shoot 1/2" you can send it back to them and they'll make sure it does. From my experience you can expect most of your bullet holes to be touching @100yds. My latest 204 Ruger Varminter produced 3 5shot groups in the .2"s on it's second trip to the range and I'm still on load development. It makes me wonder what could be gained by building a custom bench gun.
