I believe the Colt Cowboy used the same cylinder as the Single Action Army, and since Colt made .45 ACP cylinders for them I'd call their Customer Service Departemnt and find out if they are still available.
I'm not sure, But I believe Cimarron's cylinders are the same as Colt's 1st and 2nd generation 1873 models, where the 3rd. generation Single Actions and Cowboy models have a different ratchet pattern and use a different hand. The changes were made to reduce hand fitting.
