I figure that statistically speaking for me, if I'm going to need a gun, the chances are very good that it would be while I'm at home. That said, I probably carry 50% of the time (home or not) averaged out over time. Some days/weeks I carry 100% home or not and some days/weeks not at all anywhere. Makes no sense, but I do what I feel like, no more, no less.

I go to the post office a couple times a week. I go to bars for a darts league, and sometimes even to drink. The other day I had to meet a background investigator for a gov't job at a federal building, so I left my gun at home that day too.
