I've considered that, and I have 100 brass Lapua cases that keep me plenty busy with .308 handloads.Shooting the .311 too much over time might destroy your ability to shoot the .308
Why? I'm trying to get every ounce of velocity through that 22" cause I plan on shooting 600y maybe even out 800 for fun
So far they only offer 20" and 22" in this caliber, but a 18.5" Scout Rifle in 7.62x39 would be cool

Ah yes, well before my first bolt 7.62x39...I was searching for this exact model years ago, rare it is, and what follows its price....too bad. Moved onmy only 7.62x39 bolt action, is a ruger 77-7.62x39. i have not shot it yet. eastbank.
