HUGE Favor - Trade for 25ACP Brass

Hello Gentlemen (and ladies?):

Need a huge favor. I owe a good friend one myself, and would love nothing more than to come through for him.

He uses 25ACP brass, primed of course, somehow in his 50-cal inline muzzleloading setup. And he's strapped, I have exactly 19 gathered to send him, and naturally he wouldn't have bugged me were it not for the shortages going around.

I will happily trade piece-for-piece pistol brass, or 2-for-1 on rifle brass, someone who would be willing to send me 25ACP brass. I have 9mm, 40SW, 45ACP, 38 Special, and a few others on-hand in handgun calibers that are once-fired, headstamp sorted, decapped, and ready to resize and load. I also have a fair amount of 30-06, 308, 223, 243, 30-30, 270, 300/7mm mag, and a few others on hand. I'll trade 2-for on the "normals" and 3-for on the mags.

I'm sure a few of us have been looked out for in a pinch, and this guy's done that for me several times in my (young) reloading career. I'd be much obliged if you all could help me oblige him! Thanks so much, ahead!

What does he use them for?

He uses them as the primer. Something about a more controlled ignition for whatever powder (blackorn i think?) than the 209's. What's involved in that setup, the legitimacy of such, I don't know. But he does shoot 5 shots inside 3 inches at 200 yards, as of last weekend at least. He claims to have done better, I hardly call it a "muzzleloader" unless he was lucky last weekend and lying otherwise.

Thank you very much Walkalong. That'll round me out at least over 50 for him. He very much appreciates it I can tell you. He apparently gets 5-6 firings out of his smokepole with each case, so even the 50 or so will hold him over until I can scrounge.

The offer stands open though. Walk refused any generosity-return, however I will happily match "costlier" brass with anyone that can provide some. Be fun to set him up for the remainder of his retirement

Looked, didn't have any .25. Smallest I had (and only 3 or 4 of those) was .32 auto.
