So I am using a Redding type-s die and it has the bushing thing for exact bench rest sizing. The instructions said you don't have to use it, so I didn't and I also didn't need to prime the cases as they had already been, so I backed the decapping pin out so it wouldn't hit the primers. This wouldn't have affected the sizing of the brass would it? Also, One piece of brass I think I over-sized. It needed to be de-capped so I re-adjusted the die and the primer wouldn't come out all the way and I had the decapping pin all the way down so I screwed the entire die in a couple more turns to get the primer out. Could this have damaged the brass, or messed up the sizing?
Sorry for the wired questions, but usually this goes smoothly and this isn't for my rifle.
Thanks
