I created a free shot group calculator app. I want to improve it so please give your feedback!

I definitely see this as a useful app. I would pay a reasonable price for this.
I tried it just now but I am unsure as to how to use the inch marker. I used a 600 yd target with a 4.25" vertical spread and 3" horizontal spread and the app said that I have a group height of 1.85" and a group width of 1.24". A users guide would be useful.
As others mentioned use a different method for reference (simpler) and also include the capability to calculate the mean radius of the group...
Thanks for doing this. Great work!

I like what I am seeing so far. A couple of thing I would like to see.

1. On the Shooting Results page, I was wondering if you could have a date format in Settings for this. MM.DD.YY instead of DD.MM.YY

2. Could you have the "date" and the "notes" text be included in the export PNG file?

@Spottrdev I think I have an idea that shouldn't be too hard to implement for this comment:

Upon the first use, ask for the region in which it's being used. Not sure what you're programming with, but this should be easily implemented with the use of If() Else() statements.

If (in a country that uses mm/dd/yy)
Else (use dd/mm/yy).

I figured out how to use the inch marker. The app is dead on now with hand measurements. Very easy! Very useful…..

This would be useful. I continue to use Spottr and continue to learn. I only recently figured out how to delete a result...should have been easier to figure out.
If you added a short explanation of how you use it, I might be interested in looking into it.
A users guide would be useful.

I agree:

Yes, export all the notes would be great. Even better if I could export all the notes and results into a text file.

The more I use it, the better I think this app is. Thanks again for this, Spottrdev.

Will add in future updates. Thanks!

Thank you for the great advice. Working on this issue!

I want to focus on making basic functionality right first and make the app as easy and useful as possible. So I highly appreciate your comment and will definetely work on improvements. Thank you!

Thank you! I'm currently working on manual and "how to use" video creation. Because of the feedback I understand that it is vital. Wiil notify you as soon as update will be featured

Hey there!
We haven’t spoken in a while here. While I'm working on new features, you recommended me to add, let's discuss your experience with SPOTTR. Is it useful for you? How it helps you (or not) to improve your shooting skills?

My friend got a Savage Axis in .308, and we used it to zero it in. I used to teach him about learning to shoot a rifle, and how to gauge his progress.

You get a big fat thumbs up from me.

Just loaded and played with it for a few minutes. Looks very promising. I'll probably upgrade to the Pro version shortly.

Hey shooters!
Did you know that you can become a SPOTTR pro shooter?
With the pro version, you’ll be able to change marker colors, make notes, calculate ATZ, and more!
Get it once to use forever just for $3,99!

I really need your opinion about how it works for you
