Endorsed and authenticated by the United States Marine Corps Scout/Sniper Association, and distributed exclusively by Davidson's GalleryofGuns.com, this Special Edition Remington is sure to be one of the more popular tributes to America's military history.

Can 3-9x Redfield scopes still be purchased? What ammunition was used with these? Match 7.62x51mm?

its a boutique order gun, with a distributor creating specs and having a manufacturer make the gun as they like. Like the Horton Smiths or the vaquero's from davidsons, and others, its a way to make a limit production gun fit a niche market and its all good for us. ruger would never take the risk of making .41 mag super blackhawk hunters, but davidsons figured there was enough profit in it to order them up.

Can 3-9x Redfield scopes still be purchased?
Yes, but they aren't the same Redfields. The company is owned by Meade Telescope, and the scopes are made somewhere in Asia now.
