Bought it about 18 yrs ago at a little vendors table at the 03 Myrtle Beach Bike week, cause my Schrade Imperial got lost.
Used it a lot as you can see good heat treat on 440 steel kept an edge, easy to sharpen. Real comfortable in the hand, despite being a liner lock. ( very sturdy) Have since retired it but still curious.

Reminds me a bit of the old Gerber Paul knife, but would be a knockoff at best.

Edited to add that no, it appears to be a liner lock with a more recent blade design. John may have a positive ID. With clearance for the pivot, should be able to add G10 or phenolic scales readily.
