I have a PA LTCF. Good in NC, but not Maryland or VA.
My route will take me down 81 S. from PA thru Maryland for 15 minutes. Can I lock it in the trunk and be within their law? I will then jump on 66 toward Manassas and the 1st road that will get me on 95 S.
From there I go into Virginia and it appears I can open carry in my car in VA for protection. Once thru VA I', in NC and reciprocity with PA for concealed carry.
What do you think of this route and particularly MD and open carry in VA?
