I have been using my LNL Ap with no major problems for a few months and have loaded a few thousand pistol rounds using the pistol rotor and insert in the measure. Today I decided to try my hand at .223 and changed over the measure to the rifle drum and insert.
The problem I am running in to is that I can't for the life of me get this to throw a charge less than around 50 grains. I am shooting for 24 grains of Varget but I run out of adjustment. I have the insert screwed all the way in and it is still throwing a huge charge. Also, I have the linkage adjusted properly so the rotor runs a full stroke. Any ideas what I am doing wrong?
