I picked up 1000 CCI Small rifle at Cabela's

A basic set of Callaways will run you about the same as a used Savage 10/110 ~$400 with 11/12 clubs - a wedge, 5/6 woods, #6-9 irons (7-9 for women), a putter a bag and some covers. Add a custom club of any kind - a pitching wedge or driver for example - can run into small cash or real money, depending on your needs and tastes. Pretty much like scopes - as little as lunch money for the week to as much as a second mortgage. Here in Florida (again) some clubs only allow members while others are open to the public. That goes for both golf and shooting. The public ranges tend to be poorly regulated and can be downright dangerous. That goes for both golf and shooting. The private clubs will run anywhere from $400-to over $2k annually for a basic membership. That goes for both golf and shooting.
One big difference: golf balls don’t have to be reloaded. ;)

I have purchased enough golf balls as gifts and those thing are cheap ether. :)

I believe based upon prices since 2020 ,anything under $100.00 per 1K primers is about the going rate . Yes I'm aware that off shore primers are $375.00 per 5K ,but Not everyone wants or has access to 5K .

I did a little container searching and saved myself $375.00 ,as I thought I was down to #300 SPP . Seems I was Wrong :D

I'll order two of them tomorrow. One for my reloading room upstairs and one for the reloading shed when I get it done.

Thank you for the information.

Best 5 dollar reloading manual ever. ;)
I can't remember what I paid for mine a few years ago. But I'm pretty sure it was more than 5 bucks. And I use it often. Western Powders publishes some of the most variety of bullets to powder loads. And now that Hodgdon bought the name, I see their powder showing up locally.

I mostly use accurate and ramshot.

If you buy those brands, do yourself a favor and buy the Western manual. Hodogen data is a joke.
And do it while you still can...because it's not going to be printed again by all accounts...once that happens, all you'll have is your own records and Hodgdon data.

They don't have many left, best 5.00 you'll ever spend!

Was in Graf's retail store last week. Among other things asked about LR primers. They had none. Beaucoup powders, but only 209 shotgun primers.

Do they ever get them (LRP)?

Yes, rare, but now and they do get some Rem 9 1/2 LR primers.

Price? About $75 per K. (Website still shows $70 to $73 per K......if they had them).

Not sure if that price will hold up in the long run, but I'm thinking Graf's is and will remain a good yardstick as to what price OUGHT to be.

I have family that works at Graf's and that still doesn't help in getting primers from them. I usually try to stop in when ever I have a doctors appointment at the VA outpatient clinic which is just down the road from Graf's.
