I was snooping around and found a draft regs book in someone's office today. Looks like there's only two additional changes worth mentioning. We've already beaten the hybrid draw and loss of the statewide muzzy tag to death. But I did see the List B list, and there have no units removed, and 54 has been added. 55 and 551 did not get added to the list. One other note is the addition of a unit 361, which will be from the Eagle's Nest wilderness boundary north to the old 36 boundary. It looks like the DOW wants to change or at least look at hunter numbers there. I did not catch whether 361 will be OTC. The other thing I should have looked at but didn't think to was how the muzzleloader tags will be distributed amongst units.
