I sure like this HiViz front sight on the Redhawk

Picked up this HiViz front sight a while back and installed it, but this morning was the first time I finally did some shooting with it. I'm thinking I like it a bit more than the orange ramp. I actually did better than my normal terrible today from the 10 yrd line. I have been considering getting the rear, but after shooting it today, I'll pass for now.
This old Redhawk 357 mag is a pretty fair shooter. Today's load was my usual 125 Xtreme HP over 8.9gr of #5. Recoil is negligible in that tank. Let go 50 before I get ready for shift. A little unwinding before I see what fresh hell awaits me this afternoon in the shop

I’ve joined the bandwagon of front either fiber optic, or tritium and a blacked out rear. Helps my aging eyesight and helps with finding the front sight with both eyes open.

I have a similar front sight on my Single Six and also like it. Not great in bright sunlight.
