I have always gotten excellent accuracy from the A-Max bullets, I plan on giving them a try in my new bolt gun, a 22-250. With the classic load of 38 grains of H-380 I expect really good things.

This is my Daughters target from lastnight. 1st time shooting anything like this. She used my other AR and the target was aout 80yards. 1st 3 shots were slow but the last 11 were shot in about 10 seconds! She had fun and so did I.

Thanks P. Yea, those little buggers are getting sly. Thats why i switch pickups once in a while. I think the get used to the rumble from my hunting pickup muffler so i fool em once in a while! Pups will be coming out soon and they arent too bright.

I've used these 52 gr. Amax the last time at the range, shot a .366 MOA with my Rem. .223, using H 322 powder. I read about the 8208 powder, might give it a try if I can't improve with the H322 stuff. LOL Good shooting!

I doesn't look like your 8208 load has much room for improvement. I like the IMR 8208 also. I haven't tried the A-max's in my AR's yet. I usually save them for the .22-250.

I think i'd stay with the 322. If it aint broke then dont fix it.
