I took a friend, colleague, coworker, etc... hunting this year. As I am one to do, I then came home and analyzed the trip to see what I could learn from the experience. So, if I'm allowed, and I think I am, I'll link to the blog post. It's about community and who was involved in what seems like a simple act of going out hunting one morning.

There's some Bible in there, so if that's not your thing I respect you and want you to know before jumping into it.

Your discussions with Peter trying to get him to go hunting in the future has now become mute, as it will be him asking when's the next hunt. But I bet his excitement with the whole experience has not left him moot to tell of it.

Good job @courtgreene and sorry for the above, I just couldn't resist. :)

And Bible is always welcomed at my table!

Congrats to all of you, as while only one person gets to pull the trigger everyone involved makes it possible.

Ill admit my first experience hunting (deer) was that dude with a gun wandering around looking for something to shoot at (at 15 or 16)...got the job done, but man i can still remember how much the "work" part sucked.
The way you guys handled it all was much better imo.

oh I had to learn myself as well (no hunters in my family). Maybe that’s why I like teaching others so much. Save them from all my mistakes.
