For all of you that believe no one uses the search tool I just did. I am looking for information about slugging a barrel and I have about 36 pages from a search on Slugging. I will read it and post any questions.

Someone from another forum suggested I make a mold of wood to create a solft lead ball, which I thought was a great idea.

I used egg sinker fishing weights. You can get them in different diameters. Just grease up the barrel, start the sinker in the end and tap it through with some wooden dowels. Then measure and repeat a couple times to get a good reading.
