I was so proud of the fiance today!!!

When we first started dating, she wanted to dump me when she found out I owned 1, count it 1, hunting rifle. I'd never fired it, had no ammo, etc. She calmed down... Since then I've gotten her used to the idea, and I own a few rifles (even an ebr or two), and a glock which I CC sometimes. She gets it now... Anyway...

Today, we were watching DAWN OF THE DEAD. During the second scene where the zombie girl comes into the bedroom and bites the guy's throat out she says "They should have had a gun!"

I hit mute and gave her a high five.

And also, what a GREAT movie!

You should be proud that she'll even watch a movie like that with you! My wife cannot stand any horror, action or war movie.

You ought to check out "Shaun of the Dead" as well. It's a british comedy, but still manages to be pretty dang good.
