My 6 year old has been shooting her pink cricket for 2 years and enjoys popping baloons using cci cb shorts. Pretty accurate and quiet load for the cricket.

Look at the Bushnell TR25 and the cricket scope mount. I put this on my kids cricket and it made a huge difference. I do not think they can get the sighting concept until they get a little older. Great job teaching her and it sounds as though she has a good handle on gun safety.
