I've dealt with CZ Customer Service several times and have always found them to be friendly and helpful. Last week they outdid themselves.
I called a week ago to order a spare firing pin and spring for my CZ75B. When the CS agent quoted me the price for the pair ($20) I figured that I'd add on something to make the order (shipping actually) worthwhile. Since I live in California and we can only have special magazines with training wheels (10 rd. limit) I told the guy on the phone to add one to the order. They cost $41 bucks out here.
To my enormous surprise he said: "Hey, I just happen to have one sitting in front of me at my desk. I'll just throw it in the order." Which he did at no charge.
It arrived today and I just thought I'd share my unexpected good fortune. Stuff like this never happens to me.
