If I zero an AR with 16" barrel, am shooting 55g M193, and zero at 100 yds, where is bullet at 25 and 50 yards? Where is it at 150 and 200 yds?

Does anyone have a graph that shows this?
 
Your best bet is to use one of the online calculators. And there are several other factors that come into play. What type of sights, and how high above the bore are they? You can input sight height in this calculator. The default is 1.5", but many AR's have sights higher than that.

You may have to guess at the bullets BC and actual muzzle velocity. BC is going to be about .240ish.

Ball Park estimate is that you'll be at about 3100 fps and that means around 1/4 to 1/2" low at 25-50 and again at 150. About 3" low at 200. At only 200 yards there isn't much difference regardless. It is when you get out to 500+ that minor differences at the muzzle show up at longer range.
 
Shooting at 100 yards today with M193, about 3-4" was best I did, but didn't measure.

I don't know what kind of target you're using, but I would bet that the two-minute dot is making it hard to point the rifle at the same spot for each shot. You might consider making a special target that has a two-minute (or maybe slightly larger) aiming black so you can get your sight centered on it each time.

I have a couple suggestions for you.

1) Don't literally zero so that POI = POA at 100 yards. If you do that then you will have to hold over if shooting further. For practical shooting you want to be holding under, not over so you have a better view. At least have it shoot a few inches high if you insist on doing your sighting at 100 or if that's all your range has.
2) 100 yards is kind of a long ways in terms of needing to worry about wind. If it's quite windy out you could see some deflection.

I personally zero my ARs 1" high at 50 yards. That'll be about 5" high at 200 and right on at 300. A lot of people zero them to be right on at 50 which also puts them on at 200.
 
I copied this from somewhere 13 years ago; the zeroing range is 25 meters. M193 ball will be back at 0 at @ 265 meters.

These are the best ones. I use them at work for visuals before we go zero.

We zero at 50 yards, you’re (allegedly) good for torso hits to 300 with a center torso aim.

For a 16" carbine, I like a 50/200 zero. Emphasis on the 200, but I find with standard AR sight height, 50 will get you on paper at 200, and once set at 200, you won't be more than 3-4" high or low out to 250+
That's good for poppers, milk jugs, marmots, 'yotes, etc.

Or, with 55gn ball (M193), just establish a zero @ 36yds, and then verify POI @ 300yds. Adjust as needed.

The bullet, putting shooter-induced error aside, shouldn't rise or fall more than 2" along the path between the 36yd zero and the 300yd mark.

It's a very flat-shooting zero.
 
I set mine 16 in bushmaster with the revised improved battle sight zero. Works great with 55 & 62 gr. My rifle shoots the 62 gr better and it is point of aim point of impact. with 55 gr i have to shoot apple on a post but worked out to 300. I have yet to try 4, 5 or 6 hundred with it

The type of ammo you use will effect velocity. I load my own so your mileage will vary
