I'm looking for a holster,

I am thinking about picking up a service XD in .45ACP. I have heard that all XD'S come with a plastic holster, and that they are junk. Does any one know if this is true or not?

I would like a leather, IWB, left-handed rig. does Any one have a Link to a old thread for me? Or a good holster site link? or a specific model recommendation?

Suggest you do a search for gun leather and start surfing. There are many holster makers.

Do a THR search, we "just happen to have" some members that make very fine holsters.

I'd start listing our members then forget one, and feel real bad about it...else I would.

Note: we need a tab in the Library for these fine folks...hint,hint,hint...

Milt Sparks. Milt Sparks. Milt Sparks. Expensive, and worth it. Truly wonderful craftsmanship. I have a 9mm Sig P239 and a 9mm Sig P226. I carry both in a Milt Sparks (the P239 in an IWB Versa Max II, the P226 in a more traditional OWB 55 BN). My magazines? They're in Milt Sparks carriers, D4-CFs. Oh, I also treated myself to a Milt Sparks belt: a great investment. Did I mention I like Milt Sparks?

Really though, that's the most comfortable and concealable way for me without it digging into my "love handles".
