Does anyone know anyone that currently is selling Imbel FAL recievers ?

Has them in stock ?

Imbel receivers have went from $179 to >$400 if you can find them, because they are not allowed to be imported anymore.

What Bwana John said. Try places like gunbroker.com - there's an Imbel type 3 there for sale (currently at $390 with 3 hours left on the auction).

The real reason that Imbel receivers cannot be imported is
that the Imbel logo infringed on the logo of Gizmonics Institute
run by the late Dr. Clayton Forrester and his sister Pearl.

Only if you pull it apart. For whatever reason, over the course of the last several years, assembled Izzies have not been worth as much as the sum of their parts.

I think that's also true of the Mercedes after it's taken to the chop-shop.
