well, let's see here... I'm a work, so I could probably get some decent momentum behind a book or two... maybe a file cabinet?

There's a springfield 1911 milspec in my truck, about 2 doors a flight of stairs and 50 feet away... I've got a phone and 911. *gasp* that's where I'm going first.

I'm armed with a Kel-Tec P-3AT with ArmaLaser and two spare mags. 24/7.

Nobody thinks I'm paranoid because nobody knows I'm carrying. Even if they knew I was carrying and thought I was paranoid I wouldn't care (don't care too much what others think anyway). Especially when it comes to my personal responsibilities; some of which are, protecting my loved ones and myself.

I'd rather be paranoid and alive, than politically correct and dead.

okay, I'll play

you caught me without my firearm, and my knives are not within reach.

But, I have four projectiles - 3 TV remotes plus one coffee mug - one club - tall table lamp - and one shield - my laptop.

Hope that these will allow me to fight my way to my kitchen (10 feet away) and start into my cleavers and using the chopping boards.

And if that's not enough, maybe fight my way to my range bag.

I'm also stuck on campus, so no gun. Just a straight razor and my steel-toed boots.

My riot gun and revolver are in my truck, maybe 200 yards away. Being a commuter student, I can get away with such things.

Ouch. That reminds me, I'll be staying on campus for the first year of college. I really hope my dad doesn't shoot up all my ammo while I'm gone...

I'm sitting on the couch with Sig P232 on my hip, and Ruger SP101 in a drawer on the opposite side of the room.

I have a Ruger P97 .45acp and a S&W M36 38 spl. within reach. Mossberg 500 12 ga. only a few steps away.

A Leaf-Blade type sword (sharp, not a wall hanger). And a black lab who NEVER EVER lets a stranger get between her and her "puppy" (my daughter).

Just returned from the local mall:

1) Glock 19C (front inside waist band w/16-rounds +P+ HPs)

2) Glock 17 (shoulder rig w/18-rounds +P+ HPs)

3) P3AT (left ankle w/ 7 rounds of Win Clean Solids).

Additional magazines: 8, 17-rounds magazines loaded with +P+ HPs (6 in Fobus carriers & 2 in the shoulder rig) 1, 6-round for P3AT.

Total firepower: 183. As soon as I walked in, I stowed away all but the G19C w/ 16 rounds and 2, 17-round magazines.

S&W .357 + one speed strip

Glock 19 + 2 mags.
Usually have the Kimber and 3 mags... havn't unpacked all the junk from getting back from Tactical response.

Have an AK 74 and 2 mags about 4 feet away.

After that it's down to the Benchmade.

Have 2 guns as a constant.

Doc2005 - I carried less firepower in combat, If I have to go back, I'm calling you.
7 rounds of Win Clean Solids
Tell me about these?

Nomad - I kinda doubt that you will ever fight down to the benchmade, but if you do just call Doc2005

Springfield Armory milspec 1911 45 ACP on my hip and a Charter Arms Bulldog Pug 44 special in my pocket. Remington 870 12 gauge in a closet about 12 feet away.

92f on hip and Glock 27 on leg! plus two knives and an ASP baton with 2 spare 92 mags! and thats on a normal day!

Right now within reach, a CRKT knife, and a doberman. I'll bet I could fight may way to the pistol in the next room.:)

Mossy 500 with six rounds of 00 buck and five more in a carrier on the stock.

Sleeping with one eye open, a Spetsnatz shovel curled in my white knuckled fist.

Not really, but it sounded funny to me. Besides a stinky beagle and a bad attitude I've got a Colt Magnum Carry in my robe pocket. 6 x 158gr Hydrashocks. Nothin' fancy. Briefly today it was joined by a long barreled Vaquero .44 in stainless. (though not in my robe)

And Larry... zombie hordes certainly couldn't take you.
