Saw an ad in Rifle magazine for this new powder. The ad directs you to www.imrpowder.com but the newest thing on their website is from January 2006. Anybody know when it's supposed to be out?

I heard spring somewhere online but I am not sure...it supposed to be the tween powder to fall in with 4064 and 4350...sounds like Reloder 15 I think

If it does work like RL 15 I might just hold off getting the keg of RL to see what it does...

Just a meaningless note.
I to am curious about the IMR 4007, because i'd like to losd 8mm mauser, 30-06, and 308 with the same powder. I shoot heavy bullets 240 gr hpbt sierra in 30-06, 200 hpbt seirra in 8MM Mauser, 175 hpbts in 308. I had a good recipe for the 30-06 with IMR 4064 that grouped 5rounds near one hole@100 meters with very light recoil. I am trying to get a 1600 meter round out of that so I needed more velocity. I went to RL-15 and achieved better velocity but the groups were scateredout around 3 inches. I decided it was much better to be able to hit what I aim at to 1300 meters with the 4064 than all over with the RL-15. I just had the Mauser rebarreled with a 27.5 in 1in10 twist Shelin barrel and havent chronied the rounds yet. I has put a new Leatherwood ART scope on it and not zeroed it yet. Love that Leatherwood. I guess I mean to say I will Try the 4007 but I'm really liking the 4064. with regards to you all Blitz
