IMR 4064 for 270 Winch???????

I have a 270 Mod 70 that I want to load for. I already have a supply of IMR4064. I will be using Hornady 130gr bullets. Actually these are the Blems that Midway sold a while back.
Can some of you give me some real world advice on this loading? I have manuals so what I really want is what works for YOU.

I absolutely love IMR 4064 but it may be a tad fast for your application. You may want to try IMR or H4350, 4831, or R19. The cartridge should react well to any of those powders better and your velocity will be closer to production numbers of the major manufacturers

H4831 is THE classic "go to" powder with 130 gr bullets in the 270. 4064 will work, but as mentioned is a little fast for this cartridge. R19, R22 (my favorite), H4350, are also very good choices.

Thanks guys, I also have a limited quantity of Win 760 and 748 and also IMR3031. Just trying to keep the inventory down. The 4831 powder is probably what I wil;l choose if I have to buy powder.
