I feel like I just won the lottery! I got in the order queue at Milt Sparks this morning for two holsters. Ordered a PMK for my Ruger SP101 3" and one of the new Axiom holsters for my DW CBOB.

I rolled the dice here as I have never owned a Milt Sparks Holster, but I've heard nothing but good things about them. Also, I've had a heck of a time finding ANY OWB holster I like for a 3" SP101 (you can find holsters for the 2.5" all day).

Given their current delivery date of six mos. on new orders I figure this will make a nice Christmas present from "Me to Me"! :D

Congratulations!

You'll really like your holsters. I've purchased several from Milt Sparks through the years, and they never disappoint.

Also, if you ever want to sell one, you'll find you can almost get your money back out of them.

One other thing for people who may not know, Brownell's carries the Milt Sparks "Summer Special" in stock for most 1911 pistols, and a few Glock models too. At a fair price. There are a few other dealers who advertise that they keep some Milt Sparks holsters in stock, but they charge premium prices.

Dude, I feel like you were looking over my shoulder. You were either the guy right before me or the guy right after me. I was talking to them at 7:02a. Believe it or not, I ordered a PMK in black for a S&W 329 Night Guard and, uh (really), an Axiom for a Kimber Stainless Covert 4".

Yes, I know it sounds like I just made this up. Swear it's the truth.

:)

Danbrew I think I called right after you did. The guy that answered the phone had just walked into the office and thought I was someone else that was just calling back. Glad we both got in the queue!

A Dan Wesson CBOB in a Milt Sparks holster.....

I am sooooooo jeolous!

I actually have two CBOB's. They're kind of like potato chips; one just isn't enough! :D

EXCELLENT! A great holster. The only thing I would do differently would be to order 1/4 longer belt cleats as my gunbelt is wide, to allow a little shifting and secure snapping.

Enjoy!

The crazy thing is, the holsters don't cost much more than most of the other ones of (considerably) lesser quality. The twenty-something week wait does go by a lot faster than you think. Enjoy, it's worth the wait!

I here ya. I've paid just as much money for "major brand" holsters. The only one I have that I've really liked so far is a Bianchi 3S pistol pocket that I use for my Sig 232.

I'm hoping the Milt Sparks holsters live up to their reputation, but based on all feedback here an on other forums, I'm sure they will.
