International Gun Registry Plan Now In Motion

Elza, probably just as bad. The US would be supporting most of the financial burden of Mexico along with new masses of millions of voters who would most likely side with the anti's. The restrictiveness of firearms in Mexico and Canada would most likely end up tipping the balance to in favor of anti-gun legislation. Also take into consideration the agreement of a American Union would most likely allow Union laws to trump our constitution making the 2nd ammendment void. Atleast thats how I look at it.

Again do EU member countries have to pass this into national law?

EU law has primacy over national law. so any Member State which refuses to pass such rules could be subject to unlimited and repeated fines.

There are those that want an “American Union” for the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Considering the gun laws in Mexico and Canada, how would something similar play out in the U.S.?

Umm.... civil war?

All of us with kids and grandchildren, with any sense of history, can see this world we're leaving them is going to be a mess. Shame on the short-sighted, control-oriented legislatures worldwide. Shame on the sheeple who live life oblivious to what is going on around them... And shame on us for being able to see it coming and yet allow it to happen.

"We in Europe have a different culture than in the United States and we do not consider the freedom to buy weapons a human right," said Gisela Kallenbach, a German member of the European Parliament from the Green group, who helped draft the proposed law. "All European cows are registered Europe-wide, so why not guns, if it can save lives? Civil liberties can be sacrificed if we can prevent people from being killed."
Alexander Alvaro, a legislator from the Parliament's Liberal group, which champions maximum civil liberties for individuals, added that the group drew the line at the right to bear arms.

Anyone who has seriously studied European history shouldn't be surprised at this attitude. Liberties in Europe are granted by the governments'. There is no such belief in a natural and God given right to individual freedom. Its been a loooong time since Europeans have believed in idividual freedom being supreme to collectivism.

If you want a picture of the future, imagine a boot stamping on a human face--for ever."

This statement sums it up perfectly politicalgeek!

Once people are beaten on a scale of this magnitude, it's a global slavery society...

Hard to undo something like that.

"All European cows are registered Europe-wide, so why not guns...

I love this quote. Sums up how things are going down. Most Americans
outside the ag community are completely unaware of the RFID cattle tagging
plan now underway in this country. They are trying to test this in MI with
one public case of known non-compliance (there are a lot of people going
under the radar currently). Gun owners will not see at this current time how
these two events are related. It's obvious to the Planners and is directly
stated. They aren't hiding their agenda. Meanwhile American gun-consumers
will bury their heads in the sand and poo-poo any connection.

Most Americans are unable to see the big picture of what is planned elsewhere
years in advance and then takes place here later. Doesn't matter if it's gun
control or the coming mortgage meltdown serfdom.

Perfect case in point:

Interpol gets together with various agencies (including the UN Disarmament
office) to hold a "table top exercise" and move around some chess pieces:

Meanwhile, in the USA (HI to be specific) their little pawns respond:

"The hand that rocks the cradle...."

BTW, prepare for air horns to be banned: :D

Armed people can be killed, but they cannot be conquered. Note that Saddam's military was defeated in weeks, but 5 years later the populace is not.

To aid crime prevention across Europe, she had also sought a centralized pan-European system of firearm registration rather than a system in which registration is controlled in individual countries.
And if we do not get a pres this time around that will pole ax the NAU we can look forward to the same here. As sure as night follows day.
