Is the 50th Anniversary Ruger 10/22 all steel?

As in, it doesn't have all the plastic parts Ruger started using years back?

Also, as a follow-up, are there any modern rifle makers building 10/22 rifles where all the operational moving parts are steel?

I bought one for my Grandson. It has an alloy receiver. I really couldn't tell any difference between it and a non-anniversary model. Other than a little badging.

Mine has a plastic trigger box barrel band & butt plate.
