IS there a replacement adj. rear sight

that would drop into on the Springfield Armoury adjustable sight cut?
I'm thinkin' about the Mark Waki design Wilson markets, but at any rate, don't think it would work to recut the Springer (and don't wanna).
Would something else fit in their cut? Would it offer any improvement over the SA adjustable rear?
