Does anybody make a case mouth deburring / chamfering tool that does both the inside and outside at the same time instead of 2 separate operations? It would definitely have to be a caliber specific cutter.

There certainly is....
This one is on the expensive side but it does a great job and there is little to no hand fatigue after 500 cases.

You don't have to buy the whole motorized trimmer either. If you own a motor, drill motor, or drill press you can buy just the cutter head....

With the 3-way cutters you can trim them in the same time it takes to measure. So you actually cut out 3 steps by using one. I have several setups for my high volume rifle rounds.
