I have noticed in my neighbourhood of Sunninghill several signs go up on Witkoppen Road stating: "Warning! Crime Hotspot!"
Is this somebody's idea of a sick joke? Didn't the ANC and Gun Free South Africa assure us that guns were the cause of crime and that gun control was the solution? We have the Firearms Control Act in full swing now (for at least 2 years now) and therefore there should be no crime whatsoever in South Africa.
After all, the ANC Ministers *never* lie, do they? ANC politicians are as honest and innocent as newborn babies. Right? So therefore I kindly request that those mis-guided and offensive signs be removed from Witkoppen road.
They are an eye-sore.
Remember, we have strict gun control laws now; therefore there is no such thing as crime in our country. The recent "crime tsunami" is just a figment of all your imaginations. Only a dream, you see. The murders of several people at Rivonia offramp in the last few months must have been a hoax. Cash Heists? You are all imagining things. Driveway hijackings? Home invasions?
People who report such incidents are lying through their teeth. Nobody is being murdered or raped. Crime cannot happen in a gun free society.
Remember, the honest Minister Charles Nqakula told us that guns cause crime.
Gun Free South Africa staked a claim to the same fact and that gun control was the solution.
20 000 annual murders are now zero. Nobody has been murdered in the last two years. All those people who claim to have loved ones murdered by thugs are hallucinating. Robberies and cash heists have not been taking place on a daily basis in the last 2 years.
Stop imagining things, people. We live in a crime free utopia now thanks to the Firearms Control ACT!!!. Believe it! We have gun control! Hoorah!
Hoorah! Hoorah! Let your kids play freely in the streets! Free at last! Free at last! Hoorah! Hoorah Hoorah!
Oh, and while you are removing those annoying signs, feel free to disassemble your road closures, electric fences, extra burglar bars, security gates, guard dogs, alarm systems, private security guards and the rest. Cancel your car tracker systems. You don't need them anymore. You have gun control as your salvation now.
