Signs went up yesterday in Folly Lick Stream Valley Park in my neighborhood near Herndon, Virginia. Just like that, I'm a potential law breaker if I take a walk in the park where, 4 years ago, MS13 murdered someone with a machete. No exception for CCP. Photo attached.

Not any more. Last January-March the newly elected all-Dem legislature gave the Governor a slew of gun control bills, and one of them did away with the state pre-emption.

All the new laws went into effect on July 1, and the more urban localities promptly began passing these silly ordinances. VCDL has been watching county by county and city by city councils and boards vote either a no gun control pledge or a bunch of control ordinances, starting with Alexandria.

That is bad on so many levels as we all know. Next thing is you have a horrible quilt work of stuff which no one person will ever understand. I'm a Virginian by birth but won't move back there. Sad.
