Iver Johnson date of build

I have a Hammerless revolver 11359 and am trying to find a build or manufacturer date.

Take the grips off and see if there is a letter in front of the serial number; If not it's made before 1904 when they started making them smokeless proof. If there is a letter in front of the serial number then it is post 1904 most likely.

Thanks I removed the grips and it has the letter D in front of the serial # . Now how can I narrow my search to find the exact build date?

The serial # is D11359 and the owl is k looking down the handles. Can anyone direct me to a date build for this revolver?
