It's there. Just above the white line. The hole isn't as big as the others because the plastic placard returns to its original position more than the metal sheet.
I think it was great to have a woman representing our position. Too often gun people are portrayed as old white men in need of a shower and a haircut. She is a great ambassador for all of us and has the ability to reach a lot of the fence sitters.
It doesn't disappear in the HD version like it does in the lower quality version. You can clearly see the hole stays there as she moves on to shoot the .45.
After looking at the video in 1080 as Jorg suggested it looks absolutely clear that she hit it right at the bottom of the card. The mark there appears right at the instant of her first shot.
