Just heard an interview on NPR with some guy from John Hopkins.
Here's a few quotes...
"...the previous Assault Weapons Ban had no measurable impact on crime..."
"...the incidence of large capacity magazines in GUN crime is insignificant..."
"...I'm not sure what an Assault Weapon is..."
"...gun violence effects people more than other forms of violence. It's not about the body count or actual number of people effected..."
"...we need a high capacity magazine ban, because it would make people FEEL safer..."
Well I guess I can't argue with that logic?
