I’m going to get some of you telling me to process my own deer. Been there too many times. Wife and I are in our 70’s and just don’t want to do it.

That said, I’m strictly meat hunting around Junction Texas and would like to find a processer there or nearby. Is the company “Junction Deer Processing” good? Someone else better? I live about 5 hours west from there but if the product is good, I’m okay with that. Also don’t mind going somewhere else in the general area.

Thanks

I can't help you out that way with a processor but I get it. I use to process and spend hours making sausage on my own but as I got older I moved on to the processing aspect. I do still de-bone it myself to save the de-bone fee at the meat Market especially when they make my sausage. We make hamburger with most of mine. 10% beef fat added makes a hell of a grilled burger...
