I swear by Gerbers when I want a quality knife, and I have a few Ontario Knife company knives, and a couple of Cold Steel too. But I picked up a couple of cheap-o chinese folding lockblades at a flea market for 5$ each.
I know they're junk, and I bought them for all the tasks around the house that you don't want to use a really good blade for if you don't have to. But I'm curious about what company made them. I mean thier junk but the are fairly hi-quality junk.
They are 51/4 inches long closed and have a tanto style point. The came in a simple whit box, with a drawing of the knife on it. The box is just labled "pocket knife" on the front, along woth "stainless blade, alum. handle, 5/4" closed." On the sides it just says "lock knife" and the number LI7022B is on the box's end. The only marking on the blade is China at the base of the blade.
If anyone can tell me about these blades I'd appreciate it. I just like to know about the knive in my collection, even the junky ones.
