Just made a PVC Bow. That was fast and simple and free.

Found a 10 foot section of 3/4 inch pipe along the road and cut it in half and made a one inch deep vertical cut on each end of the 5 foot section and installed some string. Very easy. I estimate the pull at 40 pounds. Could certainly kill a man or a deer with it. Didn't cost a penny and took about 10 minutes. Have some 3/8 inch dowel rods laying around and may turn them into arrows.

Lots of internet articles telling you how to make a pvc bow , but you can figure it out yourself.

That video about pvc bows splitting looks pretty silly IMO. He's pounding on the thing as hard as he can with a 2 pound hammer.!!! That will break anything.
