Local CBS affiliate KFSM Channel 5 just showed a video clip from a Wal-Mart in Malvern, Arkansas.
In the video, one Wal-Mart patron attacks another couple shopping in the store.
The weapon? An aluminum softball bat from the Wal-Mart sporting goods section.
The attack was very quick, very close, from the rear, and nasty.
The attack wasn't exactly random. The attacker was the estranged husband of the woman. The victim was the new boyfriend of the woman.
Apparently, the attacker is seen on other video from the store picking up and hefting other bats, including one in the toy section, before finally deciding upon his weapon, and then beginning his search for the couple.
No deaths, or even serious injuries...just bruises and cuts.
Anywhere, anytime.....stay alert....especially if you are the new boyfriend of a recently-estranged wife.........
