Just signed up for Ken Hackathorn's Advanced Pistol Course

On OCT 8-9 in Carthage, N.C.

I know it is 7 months away but I am very much looking forward to meeting and training with Ken. He has been on my "bucket list" of instructors to train under for a long time. Additionally I will be using this course as yet another course to T&E and run many pieces of gear that I make
("Ludus Magnus")

I think so too. It is so far out, but I am excited already. I wanted to train under him before he retires.

I did this class in 2004, and it was excellent. It's one where the lecture portion is at least as important as the range portion. Come prepared to take lots of notes.

I am sorry that that happened to you. I hope you can get to a class in the future. i am so stoked right now, and though it is so far away if it got canceled anywhere near training day i would be devastated.

As an instructor that specializes in advanced firearms training, there are some instructors that I will recommend and some that I just won't mention.

Ken Hackathorn is a good instructor with a good reputation.
