That is a knife made for my wife by a custom maker in the UK.
3mm wide stock convex grind right into a edge. Takes a pretty patina and I keep the edge polished by stropping on 9000 grit sandpaper every couple of uses. Blade is about 3 /34 inches long. White Ivory Micarta handles with moasic pins.
Sorry to say I got mad at HI and the HI forum and sold all my Khuks while I was having my little fit. Took a bath on them. Less resale value than spoiled milk....
But in search of the big chopper I found Busse. It's in a entirely different league. Busses really hold value too.
You know what let me dig around the garage I might have a penknife left. You can have the damn thing if I can find it. To be honest I moved and have not seen in in over a year. But its bound to be somewhere in garage.
