Mr. and Mrs. Smith:

Went from owning one Taurus 66 to two Smith & Wessons in a couple years... A 5" 686+ and a Bodyguard 38.

Amazing what a college degree will do for your discretionary funds! :what:

Very nice, VGC! I have no experience with the Bodyguards, but I've owned a 686 for almost 30 years. You're going to love that revolver, if you don't already.
Cheers!

I had the Taurus 66 in almost identical form factor, save for the Taurus's 6" barrel as compared to the Smith's 5". So yeah, I "loved it" before I got it, in a way, and the awesome fit, finish and trigger of the Smith helps me shoot it all the better. =)

I'm on the edge about the Bodyguard. It fits its intended purpose well, but it's rough for me to shoot straight. I think a big part of that is the generally unpleasant DAO trigger, on a 14oz gun. More range time needed on my part, more than likely. I'm working up a nice soft .38 load just for the occasion...

Same here with my Airweight 637. I can punch my 4" & 6" revolvers through one ragged hole. The snubbie ... not so much. Those light-weight, short-barrel guns are definitely a challenge. On the bright side, it helps add justification to spending more time at the range!

I'm the opposite. I have a snubbie I make the tightest groupings with. Makes no sense I know.
