K-Loader Speedloader: Any Ideas??

I saw mention of a speedloader that holds 18 rounds (3 layers of 6 rounds as far as I could tell). It looks cool. It looks new. Its made by Germans. But does it work??

I've got one, bought cheap from The Sportsman's Guide.
Not effective.
