Kahr CT380: Full Video Review

Looks like a pretty nice pistol. How does it compare to the G42 and what did you pay for it?
It's a little bit taller, but thinner and lighter than the G42. I also found it to be easier to shoot accurately than the 42. This is a T&E sample from Kahr so I didn't purchase it, but you can find them from 300-350 depending.

Good review.
I am learning to love my CW380; just wish it would lock open on the last round as I see your CT380 does.

I have owned a CT380 for about 4 months. I agree with PurpleMountainOutdoors review 100%. Mine has had no issues and it is accurate as reported in the video. It is easier to conceal than I thought it would be. The size is deceptive. I had become used to really tiny 380 pocket pistols (LCP, TCP etc.) and was concerned about the CT380's dimensions. Believe me it is still a pocket gun. I really don't know why these aren't more popular. I got mine for about $150 cheaper than the G42 I was looking at.

So how much was it

$299.00 before tax.

Thanks for the video review. Have you measured the weight and length of the trigger pull?
Is the slide female friendly after the 200 round breakin?

I have not measured it, but the pull feels shorter than a standard 9mm Kahr and about the same weight which is usually around 5 pounds. The slide is still pretty stiff by most guns standards, but it's doable. It depends on the female I suppose.

Mine is a fine little pistol - fits my hand much better than the LCP, and it has the nice Kahr trigger.
Paid $289 from Bud's in December.

At the range it ate the allRemington fmj & Hornady CD without a hitch, however the striker wouldn't even make a dimple on all three mags of WWB I tried to run through it.
Dunno if that was just a bad box of ammo or what. Will try running those through the LCP next trip.
Ran some more Remington through to make sure the striker wasn't busted.

But the Remington & Hornady - no problems feeding, firing, ejecting. It's good to go for me. Fits very well in my front pocket (in a Remora). Got a couple extra mags discounted online from Exile Machine:

That's a great price!

Good review. How did you get those close-ups of the target as you were shooting?

Also, really appreciate the quiet intro. Usually I have to turn the sound down until I get through the thrashing guitar at the start of most videos.

Thanks! The close up was filmed with zoom and a small tripod. I then edited the bit where I adjusted it and turned it on and off.
