The 40 has weird springy snappy recoil, not painful but I ended up adjusting grip a lot. 45 is not so bad.

I have the small 40 caliber one, the PM40.
I like the trigger (I like revolver triggers).
It's not too big to carry in a cargo pocket.
It's kind of heavy to carry in a cargo pocket. The pocket swings around too much.
It's a good pistol, though. I can shoot it as well as any of my typical carry handguns. It's reliable. I got it used for really cheap, like not much more than $200, IIRC.
It would be easy and pleasant to carry OWB. I like to carry a larger caliber like that.
